Replacement Parts

For information on a replacement part please include model number of the item as well as a description of the part.

If you made your purchase within one year you may be eligible for a warranty claim. Please refer to our warranty page for more information on warranty claims.

Questions about an Order

When asking questions about an order you placed with us online, please make sure to provide an order number and date of purchase. Following the order number please as descriptive as possible describe your situation.

Please note it can take us up to 24 hours of purchase to ship the item. We strive to provide a quick turnaround time. During holidays that time frame may increase to 48 hours.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so quickly as we may have already packed and shipped your order. For a quicker response please call our landline and request to speak to someone regarding canceling your order.
